45th foundation day of Bipanna Bandhu was celebrated today. Today 1st July is Doctor's Day which is celebrated in India on the occasion of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy's birthday. Bipanna bandhu was established on such a beautiful day in 1979. 'Bipanna Bandhu', developed with the sincere cooperation of the founder Commander General Sushil Kumar Chakraborty and his then student, Dr. Govinda Bhowmik and the people of Mahishadal, has become famous as 'Bipanna Bandhu' today. This auspicious day was celebrated by Bipanna Bandhu members and resident volunteers. All resident volunteers of Bipanna Bandhu including Volunteer Chief Raghunath Acharya, Secretary Suvendu Shekhar Ghatak, Members Narayan Chandra Bhunia, Mrinal Kanti Patnaik, Deepak Ghoshal were present.
